Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between OURMINE Co., Ltd. (“Company”) and users of the website Tools Here (toolshere.app, the “Service”). The Service is available to users both in the Republic of Korea and internationally.

3. Description of the Service

• The Service provides a variety of free online tools, including image, audio, video, document, and text conversion utilities.
• Most tools can be used without logging in or creating an account, directly in your browser.
• Some tools (e.g., document format conversion, webpage capture/archiving) require a file or URL to be sent to and processed by the Company's servers. Except for these tools, processing happens entirely inside your browser and nothing is sent to our servers.
• Signing in with a Google account enables the “Saved Items” feature, which lets you store results and retrieve them later.

4. Fees

All features of the Service are currently provided free of charge. The Company may introduce paid (subscription) features in the future, and will announce any such change in advance through the Service and an update to these Terms.

5. Eligibility and Minimum Age

• The Service is intended for users aged 14 and older. Users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland who are under 16 must have parental or guardian consent before using features that require processing personal data, such as signing in with Google.
• The Service is not directed at children, and the Company does not knowingly collect personal information from users below the minimum age. If we become aware that a child has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.

6. Account Registration and Sign-In

• Some features, such as Saved Items, require signing in with a Google account. Google Sign-In is currently the only supported login method.
• You may request account deletion at any time from your account page. Upon deletion, your account information and saved data will be deleted without delay.

7. User Content and Responsibility

• You retain all rights to, and are solely responsible for, any files, text, or other content you upload or save through the Service.
• You must not upload content that infringes another person's copyright, likeness rights, or personal information.
• The Company may remove content or restrict use without prior notice if it violates applicable law.

8. Changes to or Suspension of the Service

The Company may change or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons, and will provide notice through the Service.

9. Disclaimer

• The Service is provided “as is.” The Company does not guarantee that every tool's calculation or conversion results are fully accurate. For important decisions (legal, medical, financial, etc.), please verify results with a qualified professional or official source.
• The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters or telecommunications failures.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court, Republic of Korea. This does not affect any mandatory consumer-protection right you may have to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

11. Language

These Terms were written in Korean and may be provided in translation. If a translation conflicts with the Korean original, the Korean original prevails — except where the law of your country of residence requires a particular language version to govern.
