1. Information We Collect
- Without signing in: We do not collect any personal information. Most tools process your files and data entirely in your browser and never send them to our servers.
- When you sign in with Google: We collect your email address, name, and profile picture, as provided by Google.
- When you use “Saved Items”: We collect and store files, text, and other data that you explicitly choose to save. This feature is optional, and any work you do not choose to save never remains on our servers.
- Automatically collected information: A cookie used to keep you signed in (session token).
2. Purpose of Processing and Legal Basis
- Identifying members and maintaining sign-in state — performance of the service agreement.
- Providing personalized features such as Saved Items, Favorites, and Recently Used — based on your choice to use these features (consent).
- Preventing fraudulent use of the Service and responding to inquiries — the Company's legitimate interest.
The Service currently has no paid subscription features and does not collect payment-related personal information (e.g., card numbers). The Company does not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
3. Retention Period
- Processing results that you do not save to “Saved Items” are not retained on our servers on any schedule — they either never leave your browser, or are discarded immediately after processing.
- Items you save to “Saved Items” are retained until you delete them yourself or delete your account; the Company does not automatically delete them on its own schedule.
- When you request account deletion (My Page → Delete Account), your account information (email, name, profile picture) and any saved files/data are deleted without delay, except where the law requires us to retain certain information for a specified period, after which it is destroyed.
4. Third-Party Disclosure and International Transfers
The Company does not disclose personal information to third parties without consent. To operate the Service, we use the following processors, which may involve transferring personal information outside your country of residence:
- Supabase (servers located in the Seoul, South Korea region) — authentication, and storage of the account/saved-items database.
- Cloudflare (global edge network) — website hosting and cloud object storage (R2) for files you save to Saved Items.
Both providers maintain their own compliance with international data protection standards, including GDPR, and offer appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable. If you reside in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, please note that your personal information may be transferred to and processed in South Korea and other countries through these providers.
5. Cookies and Advertising
The Service uses cookies to keep you signed in.
The Service also displays ads through Google AdSense, in the course of which Google and other third-party advertising partners may use cookies. Google uses advertising cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites.
You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party personalized advertising generally at www.aboutads.info. The Company does not sell personal information for advertising purposes, and honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as an opt-out request where applicable.
6. Security Measures
The Company applies technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and restricting access to the authentication and saved-items databases to the minimum personnel necessary.
7. Your Rights
- You may access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time, and may delete your account directly from My Page.
- If you reside in the EEA or UK, under the GDPR you have the right to restrict or object to processing, request data portability, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
- If you reside in California or another U.S. state with similar law, under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know about and delete the personal information we've collected, and the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (the Company does not sell or share your personal information).
- For any other requests, please contact us using the details below.
