OURMINE Co., Ltd. (“Company”) operates Tools Here (toolshere.app, the “Service”) and complies with applicable data protection laws, including South Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This policy explains what personal information the Company collects, uses, and retains.

The Service uses cookies to keep you signed in.
The Service also displays ads through Google AdSense, in the course of which Google and other third-party advertising partners may use cookies. Google uses advertising cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites.
You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party personalized advertising generally at www.aboutads.info. The Company does not sell personal information for advertising purposes, and honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as an opt-out request where applicable.

The following provisions apply in addition to the sections above, depending on where you reside. Where they conflict with the sections above, these provisions prevail for residents of that region.
Under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), we inform you that personal information is transferred to and stored on servers located in the Republic of Korea (Supabase, Seoul region) and on Cloudflare’s global network. You may request information about the data protection regime of the country concerned and about the safeguards taken by the recipient by contacting us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission of Japan.
Under the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), if you sign in or save items, your personal information is transferred outside mainland China to the recipients listed in Section 4 (Supabase, Republic of Korea; Cloudflare, global network) for the purposes described in Section 2 and limited to the categories described in Section 1. By choosing to sign in or to save items, you give your separate consent to this cross-border transfer. You may withdraw that consent at any time by deleting your account, and you may exercise your rights against the overseas recipients by contacting us using the details in Section 8.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Service is available to users aged 18 and over; users under 18 require verifiable consent from a parent or guardian before using features that require processing personal data. We do not carry out tracking or behavioural advertising directed at children. You may nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity, and you may raise a grievance with the contacts in Section 8 before approaching the Data Protection Board of India.
Under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to obtain information about the personal data we hold about you, to correct or complete it, to end processing and delete or destroy your personal data, to withdraw consent, to object to decisions based solely on automated processing, and to seek compensation for a violation of your personal data. Personal data is transferred to the recipients listed in Section 4, which apply safeguards at least equivalent to those required under Indonesian law.
Under Federal Law No. 152-FZ, we inform you that the Company is established in the Republic of Korea and that the personal information described in Section 1 is recorded and stored on servers located outside the Russian Federation, as listed in Section 4. If you do not wish your personal information to be processed on this basis, please do not create an account; you may use the tools that run entirely in your browser without signing in.
Under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and comparable laws in the region, you have the right to be informed about the legal basis and purpose of processing, to access and obtain a copy of your personal data, to request its correction, and to request its destruction. Personal data is transferred outside the Kingdom to the recipients listed in Section 4 in order to perform the service agreement with you and is limited to the minimum necessary. You may contact us using the details in Section 8, and you may lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
If this policy changes, we will announce the update through a notice on the Service at least 7 days before the new policy takes effect.
